About the area
The Moe system sources water from Narracan Creek and Tanjil River. The Moe system services the townships of Moe, Newborough, Trafalgar, Yarragon, Darnum North, Yallorn, Yallorn North and Thorpdale.
Moe has a water treatment plant producing potable water for urban use.
This system is supplied by Gippsland Water.
