About the area
Avoca sources surface water from the Sugarloaf Reservoir and groundwater from the Bung Bung bore.
Avoca has a water treatment plant providing potable water for urban use.
This system is supplied by Central Highlands Water.
We acknowledge and respect Victorian Traditional Owners as the original custodians of Victoria’s land and waters, their unique ability to care for Country and deep spiritual connection to it.
