About the area

The Moondarra system sources water from the Moondarra and Blue Rock Reservoirs. The Moondarra system services the townships of Boolarra, Churchill, Cowwarr, Glengarry, Hazelwood North, Jumbuck, Morwell, Rosedale, Toongabbie, Traralgon, Tyers and Yinnar.

The Moondarra system has a treatment plant producing potable water for urban use.

This system is supplied by Gippsland Water.
