Wimmera Mallee Pipeline Supply System 2

About the area

Wimmera Mallee Pipeline Supply System 2 sources surface water from Wimmera headworks at Lake Bellfield and/or Taylors Lake. The system supplies rural customers as far north as Lascelles and urban customers in Jung, Murtoa, Warracknabeal, Brim, Beulah, Hopetoun, Woomelang and Lascelles.

Treatment plants are located at Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Hopetoun, chlorinators at Jung, Brim, Beulah and Woomelang and untreated water is supplied at Lascelles.

This system is supplied by Grampians Wimmera Mallee Water.
