About the area

The Millewa Waterworks District sources water from the Murray River.

The Millewa Waterworks District supplies non-potable water to irrigators in and adjacent to the Millewa district. This distribution system also services the townships of Werrimull, Meringur and Cullulleraine.

This system is supplied by Lower Murray Water.
