About the area
The Westernport Water Supply system sources water from the Candowie Reservoir, the Bass River and the Corinella Aquifer. This urban supply system services towns and adjacent properties on Phillip Island, and on the eastern shore of Western Port from The Gurdies to Dalyston.
The Candowie Reservoir has a water treatment plant producing potable water for urban use.
This system is supplied by Westernport Water.
